5 Minute Enchiladas
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Count out 6 tortillas and fold them in half while placing them in a large casserole dish
Next rinse and drain 1 can of black beans
Chop 1 - 2 bell peppers long-ways
Chop 1/3 of a yellow onion
Combine a few scoops of the beans, about 5 slices of the bell pepper and a tablespoon of the chopped onion to each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese if desired.
Pour one pouch of FRONTERA RED CHILI and one pouch of FRONTERA GREEN CHIILI over the tortillas and bake for aprox 20 minutes
