Coconut Butternut Squash Soup

I made this AMAZING soup that has just a hint of Thai flavor to it while I was suffering from a sinus infection. The wonderful folks at OG Meal prep delivered all of the fresh ingredients to my home along with the recipe card and then I got to work on getting well.
First I sautéed a large handful of chopped red onions and green peppers in grapeseed oil.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pan:
1.5 cups of vegetable broth
1 whole can of coconut milk
The meat of 1 large butternut squash - cubed
Black pepper
Clove spice
Onion powder
Himalayan salt
Allow the mixture to boil and then simmer for an additional 30 - 40 minutes
