Giant Chocolate Almond Chipper
The easiest healthy dessert you'll ever make.
I probably make these once a month when my cravings are at their peak. I added to slivered almonds for some extra crunch :)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of Almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 flax egg (see below)
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup natural almond butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F and grease your pan
Cook time varies but mine is usually about 10 minutes!
How to make a flax egg:
One tablespoon of flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed)
2.5 tablespoons of water
Stir and let rest for aprox 5 minutes and allow to thicken
