Questionnaire
Question One:
What am I ready to let go of today?
My first ever answer to this question was “Feeling afraid.” I am now in control of my future and have the power to create what I need in it. With that understanding, I am no longer afraid.
Question Two:
What did I used to believe about my body (old pattern of behavior)?
What do I now in this moment believe about my body (new pattern of behavior)?
My first ever answer to this question was “that my body is an example of survival and strength.” Whereas my old pattern was believing that I was “never as good as I could be.”
Question ThrEe:
What do I want to see change in my life in regards to love and relationship ?
This question gives you a chance to really connect with the idea of establishing a new pattern of behavior. It can sometimes be hard to recognize our own self destructive behaviors. However when we examine our relationship history we can see clear patterns. Have you been willing to accept and even welcome into your life things weren’t good for you?
When you’re answering the second question, I want you to really think about what you crave most. What do you dream about? What have you always wanted? Love and relationship isn’t just about the romantic. This can be any relationship(s) that is significant to you that comes to mind.

Lastly I would like you to write out one thing that you believe other people think about you. For example other’s might say that I’m funny (I like to joke).
Next write out one thing that you believe about yourself. For example, I would say that I’m very sensitive to other’s emotions.
