Avocado Mango Smash

No cooking involved here!

Ingredients:

  • One mango diced

  • The juice of 1/2 of a lime

  • 2 - 3 ripe avocados diced

  • One (or more if you like it spicy) jalepeno peppers diced

  • One vine ripened tomato diced

  • A handful of spinach leaves

  • One tsp of garlic salt or if you like try: Jada Spices Lime Chicken Salt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips, baked pita or flax crackers

If you’re not familiar with a spice called Tajin that is commonly sold in Mexico (and is available in most US grocery stores) then give it a try. If you have extra mangos on hand, you can dice another mango, squeeze a bit of lime juice over it and sprinkle with the tajin for a healthy candy-like treat.
