Raw Alfredo

This Alfredo sauce is light, creamy & super tasty! All you need is a blender, a sharp knife, cutting board & zoodle maker! Quick note: most grocery stores now carry pre-made zoodles in the produce section as well.

Start by making your zoodles

Zoodles: 
2 zucchini

Wash your zucchini. Cut the ends off & mount it to the zoodle maker. Once you’re done making zoodles, place them in a bowl.

Sauce:
1 1/2 cups Raw Cashews
1/2 cup Pine Nuts
1 cup Water
1/2 Lemon, squeezed
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Geeen Onion 
1/8 tsp Pink Salt
1 handful of Thyme

Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth. Pour desired amount of sauce on top of zoodles.

Garnish with fresh Basil & fresh Black Pepper
