Woa wait - isn’t soy milk bad for Endometriosis?
Products such as: miso, natto, tempeh and tamari if used in moderation are not gauranteed to make Endometriosis symptoms worse. In my personal experience, soy milk does not have a negative effect on my symptoms either but I do not consume it often. Maybe once or twice per month. However many Endo sufferers choose to avoid soy products all together. In which case, almond milk is an excellent choice as well.
CAP’N CRUNCH was my favorite cereal growing up. So excited to find this protein option AND that they make a vegan version as well.
