French Crepes
Combine:
One cup of flour
One tablespoon of coconut palm sugar
One-fourth of a teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
One and one-half cups of milk
Four organic cage free eggs
Three tablespoons of grass fed butter.
You’ll want to puree the mixture until bubbles form on the top (30 seconds) In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, spoon your batter into the pan just like you would a pancake. Cook for 2 minutes each side. For my frying “oil” I like to use GHEE which is clarified butter that’s rich in health benefits.
Now fill these puppies with your favorite greek yogurt and fresh fruit of your choice. Mine is Fage 0% mixed with a little bit of honey and strawberries.
Want to impress a guest for breakfast? Combine 1/4 cup of whipping cream with one cup of greek yogurt. Next add few drizzles of honey and a half of a teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat with a hand blender until it forms a stiff whipped cream like texture that you can spoon on top of your crepes.
