Chickpea Cookie Dough

  • 1/2 can of chickpeas drained

  • 1/4 cup of nut butter

  • 3 tsp of quinoa flour

  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 of chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients up and it’s ready to eat! You can refrigerate the dough for up to a few days.

Please note that this recipe is not for baking this is for raw cookie dough only!
