Peanut Butter Cookies & Cashew Milk
Literally the easiest snack to make when you’re desperate for something sweet. But I’ll warn you that these are THICK. Not necessarily chewy but more fluffy and you’re going to want a drink with that!
My favorite milk to have with PB cookies is Cashew Milk. The flavors complement each other very well.
To make the cookies:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (I like Santa Cruz Organics)
1/3 of a cup of Honey
1 Egg (Locally sourced)
Bake cookies for aprox 10 minutes and let cool for at least another 5 minutes
Some optional mix-ins would include raisins or chocolate chips if you like!
