Strawberry Lemonade Protein

You can use ANY protein powder on the market that you like and simply squeeze the juice of one lemon into your blender along with 1 cup of frozen strawberries.

I always add a tsp of coconut oil so that I have complete protein / fat / fiber in my shake.

I find that the lemon juice cuts the artificial sweetness that some protein powders have and this is an awesome combo to try out for when you just can’t do the same old chocolate flavor day after day.
