Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

A very special treat for Valentine’s or another occasion, these are super easy to make!

I like to soak my strawberries in just a little bit of Prosecco for just a few seconds before dipping them in chocolate and freezing them.

Don’t skimp on the chocolate!

Pick a high quality dark chocolate bar and mix in a little confectioners sugar to sweeten it yourself. This will give you that milky taste but without all of the fillers found in commercially made melting chocolates.
