What I’ve been doing these days is playing with the recipe for the lasagna. Whatever I’ve got in terms of fresh veggies, I’ll throw in there. But my base is always sweet potato and fresh spinach leaves. It’s such a beautiful dish to make. I hope that you love creating it as much as I do!
