BCAA Popsicles

For this I used Beyond Raw Precision BCAAs in Fruit Punch (you can find this brand at GNC)

I mixed up 1 normal 16 oz shaker cup full and then poured that into my popsicle molds

About one hour later, I had these waiting for me, post hot summer run!
