PB2 + Nutella Waffles

This recipe uses Bob’s RedMill Pancake and Waffle mix

  • One cup of mix

  • One egg (or Ener-G egg replacer)

  • One chopped ripe banana

  • One tablespoon of oil

  • One cup of water or milk of choice

  • Optional: Add one scoop of your favorite protein powder of choice (I used Ideal Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter)

Homemade + PB2 Hazelnut Spread:

  • 3 cups of roasted hazelnuts (350F for 20 mins)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 2/3 cup of melted organic milk or dark chocolate chips whichever your preference

    Add the hazelnuts to a blender until they are mixed into a smooth creamy butter. Add a small amount of almond milk if too dry. The blending process can take several minutes.

  • Lastly add in a few tablespoons of PB2 powder to the mixture and stir
