PB2 + Nutella Waffles
This recipe uses Bob’s RedMill Pancake and Waffle mix
One cup of mix
One egg (or Ener-G egg replacer)
One chopped ripe banana
One tablespoon of oil
One cup of water or milk of choice
Optional: Add one scoop of your favorite protein powder of choice (I used Ideal Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter)
Homemade + PB2 Hazelnut Spread:
3 cups of roasted hazelnuts (350F for 20 mins)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup of melted organic milk or dark chocolate chips whichever your preference
Add the hazelnuts to a blender until they are mixed into a smooth creamy butter. Add a small amount of almond milk if too dry. The blending process can take several minutes.
Lastly add in a few tablespoons of PB2 powder to the mixture and stir
