Yoga Bunny Bites
This is the easiest “Carrot Cake” you’ll ever make!
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/3 cup of walnuts
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
3 tablespoons of Miyokos vegan butter OR coconut oil
2 - 3 teaspoons of maple syrup
Throw it all in a food processor or blender and pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
If you’re having trouble with the mixture being too thick, you can add more coconut oil if needed.
Use your hands to form into bite sized balls for serving
